Is there an Economic Armageddon on the horizon? What will happen in the upcoming debt ceiling discussions in Washington D.C.?
I found this 'attached link' to an article an interesting read since it was written by a liberal Democrat. In the article, the author explains his perspective on the Republican Party and their economic strategy. In reading the article, I just had to shake my head in disbelief. It is amazing how divisive this country has become under the Obama regime. The author attempts to denigrate the Republicans as mere obstructionists wanting to bring our country to its knees by refusing to increase the debt ceiling again. The author believes that the Republicans are motivated by politics and NOT economics. The author of this article appears to sees no problem when governments spend more money than the tax revenue they can generate.
Saving Miguel is a novel about what happens to the world when governments overspend their means and respond by overtaxing the citizens. Read Saving Miguel to find out how this story can end.
